SERVICES, Physical Therapy:

Initial Evaluation: A systematic examination that takes into account patient history, observation, movement ability, special tests, reflexes, sensation, joint play, palpation, and review of diagnostic imaging (if available).

Manual Therapy: Includes soft tissue and joint mobilization.

Soft Tissue Mobilization:
